This Privacy Policy explains how Bellas.top collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use the platform.
This Privacy Policy is a pre-launch draft and must be reviewed with legal counsel before production launch.

6. Legal bases. Depending on the jurisdiction and context, processing may rely on contract or performance of the service, consent where required, legitimate interests such as safety, fraud prevention, moderation, security, and platform integrity, legal obligation, and explicit consent where special-category processing may apply.
7. Age and identity verification. Bellas may require verification before allowing certain features or profile visibility. Verification data may be processed by trusted providers. We seek to minimize retained verification material, although outcomes and related records may be retained as needed for safety, legal, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Public profile information. Some information from escort accounts may be visible publicly or to platform users. Account holders are responsible for information they choose to submit. Visibility may depend on verification, moderation, and account status, and certain profile information may be edited through the account dashboard.
9. Cookies, sessions, and similar technologies. Bellas may use cookies and session technologies for login, security, preferences, and analytics where applicable. Actual use depends on implemented features and consent choices required by applicable law.
10. Sharing with third parties.
