Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of Bellas.top. By creating an account, browsing areas subject to these Terms, or using platform features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
Pre-launch notice. These Terms are a pre-launch draft and must be reviewed with legal counsel before production launch.
1. Introduction and acceptance. By creating an account or using Bellas.top, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the platform.
2. Platform description. Bellas.top is a digital platform offering a public catalogue and public profiles, user-account access, and tools for escort accounts. The platform organizes access, profile presentation, and digital features; it does not guarantee approval, visibility, contacts, or any particular outcome.
3. Adult-only access. Users must be at least 18 years old and must also meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction. Minors may not create accounts or use the platform. Bellas may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts when age or eligibility cannot be verified.
4. Account creation and security. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, complete email or phone authentication when required, and protect their credentials. Each account must accurately represent its holder. Improper sharing, unauthorized access, false accounts, and account misuse are prohibited.
5. Account types. Bellas may offer client/user accounts and escort accounts. Escort accounts may need to complete onboarding, verification, review, or approval before receiving access to certain features or before any public visibility.
6. Verification and profile review. Bellas may require identity, age, ownership, and profile-information review. Approval is not guaranteed. Bellas may request additional information and may reject, suspend, or remove profiles that cannot be verified or that breach these Terms.
7. Public profiles and content rules. Users are responsible for profile information, images, and other submitted materials. Content must be lawful, accurate, and authorized. Third-party impersonation, stolen images or media, misleading identity information, content involving minors, and illegal, coercive, abusive, exploitative, hateful, or non-consensual material are prohibited. Bellas may moderate, hide, limit visibility, or remove content.
8. User conduct. Prohibited conduct includes illegal activity; harassment, threats, abuse, or stalking; fraud, scams, or chargeback abuse; scraping, spam, bots, or automation abuse; bypassing security, verification, payment, or access controls; misuse of contact or profile information; and uploading malicious code, files, or content.
9. Visibility and catalogue publication. Escort accounts are not automatically visible. Visibility may depend on verification, profile completeness, moderation, listing or subscription status, and internal rules. Bellas may hide or pause visibility for safety, legal, compliance, integrity, or operational reasons.
10. Payments and subscriptions. Bellas may offer paid features, listings, or subscriptions. Applicable prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the relevant payment terms. Third-party payment providers may process payment data, and Bellas does not need to store full card details.
11. Moderation, suspension, and termination. Bellas may warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, hide, or remove accounts, profiles, or content because of legal or safety risk, fraud, breach of these Terms, verification failure, payment issues, or platform-integrity concerns. Severe cases may require action without prior notice.
12. Privacy and data protection. Personal-data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR / data protection page. Those documents complement these Terms without repeating their full contents here.
13. Intellectual property. Bellas owns its brand, design, software, interface, and original platform materials. Users retain any applicable rights to submitted content and grant Bellas a limited license to host, process, moderate, and display that content as needed to operate the platform. Users must have all necessary rights and permissions for anything they upload.
14. Third-party services and links. The platform may use verification, payment, email or SMS communication, analytics, security, and other technical providers. External links and services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. Bellas.top is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, profile approval or visibility, contacts, earnings, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bellas liability will be limited as legally allowed.
16. Changes to these Terms. Bellas may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. Material changes may be notified where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance of the updated Terms.
